When I told friends and family that I went to, and LOVED, the demolition Derby at the Salt Lake County Fair last night, they gave me a puzzled, polite laugh.

It was soo fun! We would pick our favorite, like the flaming exhaust x-96, and root and
whoot and clap and, mainly, crack-up!
As the sun went down, the purple Wasatch mountains were a perfect backdropfor the lights of the carnival. There was a little, subtle nip of Fall in the air. It was great!
The only thing missing was some kick-a Rockabilly music.

We went to the Fayer on Friday. Wow, I mean WOW, the people are worth the price of the ticket!
